Experience the Passion of Carmen with Toledo Opera
Share
This weekend, the Toledo Opera brings one of the most powerful stories ever told to the Valentine Theatre stage—Bizet’s Carmen. Whether you’re a longtime opera lover or attending your very first performance, Carmen is the perfect production to experience live.
From the moment the music begins, you’re swept into a world of love, freedom, and fate. The passion and drama unfold with such intensity that it’s impossible to look away. I got chills watching it. Between the stunning vocals, the Toledo Opera Chorus, and the captivating storytelling, this performance reminds you exactly why live art matters.

A Note of Gratitude
A huge thank you to Rachael Cammarn for including me in Toledo Opera’s Scene Setters program. Being part of a community that celebrates creativity, storytelling, and the performing arts means so much to me. As an art school graduate and lover of live performance, it’s always an honor to help share experiences that move people. If you’ve been craving a night of art, music, and emotion, Carmen is it. Come as you are—there’s no dress code, just an open invitation to feel something unforgettable. See you at the opera!
