Each performance includes a free pre-show lecture by Dr. Ryan Ebright—6:30 PM on Friday and 1:00 PM on Sunday—a perfect chance to learn a bit more about the story before the curtain rises.

Know Before You Go

The production runs about three hours with one intermission, giving you ample time to soak in the experience. The Valentine Theatre is located in the heart of Downtown Toledo at 400 N. Superior Street, surrounded by parking options and great local spots to grab a bite or drink before the show. And speaking of drinks—don’t miss the Valentine Theatre’s exclusive Carmen-inspired cocktail, The Matador.
